Tickets available at the Museum ticket office and online. The last entry to the exhibitions is possible at 5:15 PM.
We inform you that the ticket office closes 15 minutes before the closing of the Museum.
Tuesday – admission to the Museum for exhibitions is free!
On free days, a ticket must be collected at the Ticket Office.
The Museum is equipped with a free, self-service locker. The key to the locker must be collected at the Ticket Office before entering the exhibition and returned before leaving the Museum.
Concessionary tickets are available under the Act on Museums: students and persons pursuing doctoral studies, students of teacher education institutions and colleges, social service employees, guardians of school and kindergarten groups, teachers and tutors, the disabled and their guardians, pensioners and persons over 65 years old, veterans, decorated with honorary titles/badges: “For the care of monuments”, “Distinguished cultural activist”, “Meritorious for Polish Culture” and “Meritorious for National Culture”.
Visiting the permanent exhibition, both on your own and with a guide, takes about 1.5 hours. Please take the visiting time into account when planning your visit.
- The last group entry to the exhibitions is possible 45 minutes before the closing of the Museum.
- We offer visitors a self-service cloakroom and lockers. Please leave backpacks, bags and larger luggage in the cloakroom.
- It is forbidden to bring and consume food and drinks to the exhibitions.

A guided tour of the exhibition takes approximately 60 minutes.

Visitors have access to a self-service cloakroom and lockers with keys. Please leave backpacks, bags, and larger luggage in the cloakroom.

It is forbidden to bring food or drinks into the exhibitions or consume them there.

Restrooms are located only on the ground floor of the museum.

The museum is equipped with portable wheelchair ramps, an external elevator bypassing entrance stairs, and an internal service elevator that accommodates up to four wheelchairs at a time.

The museum has specially adapted restrooms for individuals with a wide range of mobility impairments.

There are floor tactile markings and a tactile map of the exhibition.

All information is visually accessible and bilingual.

Multimedia content is available in a version adapted for individuals with visual impairments (adjusted size and contrast).
